2008 Junior/Senior Prom A Success

The Junior/Senior Prom 2008 was held on Saturday, April 26 at the Sturgis Young Auditorium. The grand march kicked off the night in the LGI at the High School and post prom activities were held at the bowling alley in Three Rivers.

This year's theme was "A Black Tie Affair" and the Sturgis-Young facility provided a fabulous back-drop for the beautiful silver, black and pink decorations which included pillars, balloons, gossamer, and even a working fountain with goldfish. Gifts to attendees included floating candles and a floating photo cube. Congratulations to prom king and queen Dalton Brozak and Debbie Odell.
A big thanks to the evenings chaperones who included Chad Thelen, Terry and Steve Steward, Judy and Dan Furlong, Sarah Moore, Mike Mulligan, Todd Boyer, and Keith Barnes. Thanks to the post prom committee which was chaired by Ronda Rentfrow and Lisa Bienz and to the many parents and volunteers who worked at making the post prom a fabulous event. Also, special thanks to the sophomores and their parents who cleaned up the prom venue afterwards.

Truly a community effort which was great success!
